Gărâna Jazz Festival 2023 will take place from 5th to 9th July
– The first artists are announced and tickets are available for the 27th Edition–
This year’s edition of the International Gărâna Jazz Festival will take place from the 5th to the 9th July 2023 in the Wolf’s Meadow in Gărâna and the Catholic Church in Văliug. The two stages will showcase renown and talented emerging artists from Europe and the USA. Their original vision, creativity and skill will, once again, prove how surprising, provoking and full of feeling contemporary jazz truly is.

We are happy to announce the first musicians that have confirmed their presence at the 27th edition of Gărâna Jazz Festival:

- On the Wolf’s Meadow Stage (6-9 July): Sinikka Langeland Group (Norway), Austrian Syndicate (Austria), Camille Bertault & David Helbock (France, Austria), Michel Godard Band (France), Daniel Herskedal Group (Norway), Julian & Roman Wasserfuhr (Germany), Jonathan Kreisberg (U.S.A.), Jan Gunnar Hoff Group (Norway), The Side Effects: Stian Carstensen, Marius Neset and Thomas Strønen (Norway) and Enzo Favata Band (Italy).
- On the Catholic Church in Văliug stage (7-9 July): Michel Godard (France), Vincent Courtois (France).

The line-up will continue to be updated with amazing artists so that can offer you two concerts a day, from Friday to Sunday, on the stage in Valiug and, on the main stage in Wolf’s Meadow in Garana, four concerts a day from Thursday to Saturday and three concerts during the last day of the festival, Sunday, 9th July.
Tickets are already available online, at www.bilete.ro, and in the Inmedio & RELAY, Germanos, Vodafone stores as well as the offices of the Romanian Postal Service.
The price for a full festival pass, all concerts during the 4 days, is 520 RON.
A day ticket costs 140 RON.
Children under the age of 14 have free entry.

Garana Jazz Festival is organised by the Jazz Banat Cultural Foundation.
